The San Antonio Aquarium welcomes families to experience everything the deep blue sea has to offer with interactive experiences.

Not exactly in San Antonio, but this amazing experience is totally worth the trip down to Port Isabel.

You will get to see dolphins play in their natural habitat! You can also get to see rescue animals such as a giant tortoise, iguana, and fish! The place doesn’t have dolphins in captivity, but if you’re lucky you’ll get to see them!

Another spot that is worth the drive from San Antonio is Gladys Porter Zoo.

Families will get to see over 1,500 animals and explore 31 acres of tropical plants. This zoo is dedicated to preserving nature through education, conservation, and healthy outdoor recreation.
